The United group is focused on providing Insurance, Reinsurance, Risk Management, IT solutions and other Direct Marketing services to the Asian markets through its offices in the UAE, Malaysia and Pakistan.

 

United Commercial Broker Company LLC was incorporated in 2010 in Dubai as a Limited Liability Company. The company is providing different services to its clients directly and through its partner companies. The company is primarily engaged in acting as agents (i.e., brokers) between buyers and sellers in buying or selling different products and services on a commission or transaction fee basis. United Commercial Broker was taken over by the current management in 2011 and was restructured to do retail and commercial broking. After the incorporation of the company in Labuan Malaysia, the corporate reinsurance portfolio of the group was shifted to the newly obtained license and now United Commercial Broker UAE is doing retail broking business.

 

Al Wasl Insurance Brokers Ltd is registered in Labuan, Malaysia under the Offshore Insurance Act 1990. The main focus of business is to offer a professional, prompt and efficient alternative Reinsurance Broking Service to clients in the region. Both Facultative and Treaty solutions are offered via regional and International marketplace. The company is regulated by LOFSA and is a member of the Labuan Insurance Association. The mission of the company is to add value to the business of our clients and underwriters, and to provide international quality reinsurance broking and allied services on cost efficient basis.

 

Roma Associates Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a non-listed public limited company in 2005. The Company is licensed by The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan as Insurance Broker under the provisions of Insurance Ordinance 2000. The primary objective of the company is to provide reinsurance and insurance broking services and other ancillary services to Pakistan market. Being a United group company, Roma Associates markets all United group products in Pakistan. Roma Associates is also involved in value addition and revenue generation for partner companies by developing innovative distribution solutions including Bancassurance and direct marketing.
